IN SUPPORT OF UKRAINE
After Russia invaded Ukraine, cryptocurrency donations became part of the international response. The government quickly established official channels through which supporters could contribute.
A Ministry of Digital Transformation update published on 4 March 2022 reported that more than $53 million in cryptocurrency had been raised as of 3 March. The card marks that reported milestone, not the invasion date or a final fundraising total.
The announcement listed Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Polkadot and Dogecoin among the official donation options. The artwork’s dispatch monitor references two of those channels.
The government said the vast majority of the funds supported the Ukrainian army; the remainder went to humanitarian initiatives and broader support. The pictured relief supplies represent one part of that response, not the allocation of the whole total.
This imagined warehouse scene connects incoming contributions with practical coordination: a volunteer checks deliveries while a terminal records donations. The setting and its props are storytelling devices, not a reconstruction of a documented shipment.
